November Update - Black Friday & Christmas

We have finally moved into our new warehouse in time for the busy Black Friday and of course Christmas. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Our current lockdown has done nothing to dampen our enthusiasm nor yours seemingly as you are buying dog products for Britain. Whilst we go through difficult times, we all endeavour to make our pets lives as comfortable as possible as they have given so much comfort to us during these dark times.   Of course we want them to look stylish, even during lockdown, and they deserve to look great!

Black & Grey Dog Puffer Jackets

You will have noticed that our new dog puffer jackets arrived in the new colours. They are proving very popular and as predicted you love the black/grey version. We had already decided to make the black/grey collar, lead and harness to match.

New Dog Beds

Our exciting new British made dog beds are arriving by the end of November.   We are having our own designs milled in the North of England. First off the production line are the popular Grey Herringbone and Caramel Herringbone. 

They are made from a high quality blend of recycled cotton and polyester yarns which are strong and durable yet deliciously soft. The inner cushions are made with recycled, blown polyester fibres which will provide your pet with a comfortable and supportive place to sleep. All the beds have fully removable, machine washable outer covers so that they may be machine washed to keep them looking and smelling fresh.

We also have our four original colours back in pink, grey, green and caramel in the tweed look beds. These will arrive off the UK production line at the beginning of December. We apologise for the delay in these beds. They were ordered back in late Spring but because the yarn factories have been closed due to Covid, everything was put into a holding pattern for all of us. We hope your dogs will have a beautiful new bed in their xmas stocking.

Royal Mail Deliveries

Finally, many of you have emailed us saying your packages are delayed in arriving. Unfortunately, this is not a Hugo & Hudson issue.  We always send out the parcels on time. The Royal Mail must take responsibility for this awful service to you. They have admitted that many parcels are caught up in their system due to lack of staff with Covid and it seems now they don’t deliver on every day of the week now.

Please bear with us during these difficult times. It seems that there is a queue with everything and everybody.
